Unfortunately, not hologram aka light particles occupying physical space to make that display, but still interesting stuff. This model was projected by technology created by Crypton Future Media according to many sources such as the LA times. The url I provided links to a UK company using the same technology.

I blame my boss, he made me stayed 2hours longer... I was trying to drive up that same road the exact same day. They blocked it off. I couldn't drive up hills or down hills, nerveless on regular flat streets. I had to take so many detours and took me 1 hour to get home when it supposed it takes me less 10mins...

I got home driving 5-10mph, with no studded tires and no accidents
